Test Drive

If you configure a vehicle individually or select a new vehicle from those available, you also have the option to arrange a test drive. When you submit the test drive contact form, your personal data from the following categories* (vehicle data and contact & identification data) will be processed and forwarded to the selected dealer.

Purpose: To prepare, conduct, and process the test drive.
Legal Basis: Performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention Period: 12 months.

* Specific data fields: Vehicle model, preferred appointment, interest in purchasing a new vehicle, preferred contact method, salutation, title, first name, last name, postal code, city, telephone number, email address, and enquiry text.

Immediately Available New Vehicles (SVN)

When you submit the contact form for a stock vehicle enquiry, your personal data from the following categories* (vehicle data and contact & identification data) will be processed and forwarded to the selected dealer.

Purpose: To prepare, conduct, and complete the purchase of a stock vehicle.
Legal Basis: Performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention Period: 12 months.

* Specific data fields: Interest in a test drive, intention to switch to a new vehicle, preferred contact method, salutation, title, first name, last name, company, street, postal code, city, telephone number, availability (from/to), and email address.

Saved Vehicles (Wishlist)

When you save a vehicle (configuration, stock vehicle, or test drive vehicle), the personal data stored in your carLOG account from the following categories* (vehicle data, contact and identification data, and login data) will be processed and stored.

Purpose: To store vehicle-related personal data for further processing and future retrieval.
Legal Basis: Legitimate interest and/or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention Period: 12 months.

* Specific data fields: Username, email address, password, salutation, title, and name.

Job Applications

You have the option to apply for currently advertised positions on our website or to submit an unsolicited application. Service Centre Enquiry for Used Vehicles

When you submit the contact form, your personal data from the following categories* (vehicle data and contact & identification data) will be processed and, depending on your selection, forwarded to the dealer, the Service Centre, or the private seller.

In addition, when an enquiry is submitted to the Service Centre, the customer’s IT usage data on the website** will be compiled into a customer profile and sent to the selected dealer for the purpose of providing improved customer support.

Purpose: To respond to your enquiry.

Newsletter Subscription
